    The park said I should have a confirmation #, but on the voucher it was a booking #. WE waited from 9:00-3:15 for Viator to get a person to straighten the whole mess out. I went throught 4 different people plus I called back 3 times after being disconnected. The day was over with by then and enduring long lines at Guest Relations in the hot sun. Surely, my patience was wearing thin. This place was NO help at all. Viator also continued to try to talk me out of a refund. Just buy tickets at the gate instead of going through Viator. That was a disappointing experience especially when you've ready for the excitement in the amusement park.

    The cost a bit much, to get in and to eat. Too many people lines so long wait on most over an hour. Then poured rain lighting and thunder stopped rides some for the day some opened on and off.

    Over priced experience so we could wait in lines

    The tickets are over priced and we had to present our vouchers at the kiosk which was having problems. That didn't work so after standing in that line for awhile we had to stand in the Guest Services line for awhile. It took an hour to get our tickets.

    Getting the tickets was a breeze!!!! I’m so glad we used Viator. King Kong ride and the Incredible Hulk. My kids also loved the Spider-Man ride. We had a great time and we brought a cooler with drinks, snacks and sandwiches into the park which was nice.

    We upgraded to park to park tickets after Initial purchase of single park purchase. I tried calling the customer service number before I got to the park in advance to make sure there would be no issues. I left a voicemail and did not get a return call. When we got to universal they didn’t have our upgrades. I had our confirmation email showing upgrade and text confirmation and they still didn’t have record of it. I showed our bank statements which showed the upgrade charge. I tried calling customer service again which sent me to voicemail and I didnt get any return phone calls. I had to wait in guest services line for over 1 hour to have them upgrade my ticket as a courtesy because they felt bad and they clearly saw I had proof I upgraded to park to park passes but my confirmation number only showed original purchase.

    Went on a weekend and it was very crowded - do note that the mobile QR code won't allow you to enter the park directly, you have to go to will call kiosks right beside entrance and redeem them, though it was quite easy to redeem as there were people to help.
