Really glad to have the experience and so enjoyed the ride and the Everglades. We wish our guide (Roy) would have provided more info about the vegetation and wildlife. Lost 30 min of 90 min tour, as we left 15 min late and returned 15 min early due to a minor rain cloud, even though when guide asked majority of group wanted to continue. Other boats stayed out. This was a special birthday event that could have been much more special!

The Captain Scott was a real jerk and sarcastic, who thought he was funny. He was not!!! Very condescending towards guests. The boat was very slow. He even commented on how slow it was, and that his boat was in the shop getting a new motor. We did see a few gators, but overall, none of us were impressed with the tour.

Our guide, Scott was great fun! The ride was informative, lively and a great 90 minutes that just flew by! Scott was happy to answer all our questions, had lots of information about the area, wildlife, birds and, yes we saw 2 alligators! Great time had by all 4 adults in our party.

We got a text asking if we could come about 45 mins early to beat a rain storm coming, was excellent timing! Captain Roy was a great guide! Very funny and informative, went out of his way to make sure we saw gators and other wildlife. My kids (8 and 10) LOVED this. Worth every penny and would definitely go again.

Alot of time spent traveling to the swamp down the canals, would rather that time spent out on the water. Would have liked a full throttle ride in lieu of that chanel time (30 minutes there and back) Captain Scott is great

Thank you for the review. The canal is our only way out to the Everglades, it is about a 6 minute travel down and our speed is regulated by the county. We want our guests to enjoy their tour and learn more about the wildlife.

We arrived 30 min prior like specified and at the time of departure we were told that it was canceled. Wasted time and gas getting to this place just to be told it was canceled due to the boat having issues. I feel that this should have been communicated sooner and/or other accommodation made. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Captain Chris was excellent! Very knowledgeable and informative. We had an unfortunate storm roll through so we had a bit of a delay, but safety was the priority for our guide and that is worth noting. This was our first airboat ride so we didn’t have any idea what to expect. The tour is more of a sight seeing tour than it is a boat ride. If you are looking for a fast, heart racing ride, this is not it. We saw huge gators, bald eagles, a water moccasin, lots of vegetation. Learned a lot. Overall, worth the money for an hour and a half.

I came to Orlando for my daughter’s dance competition at Disney World. My first time in Florida and I’m not a huge Disney fan so I wanted to find something local to experience. Tour was good… Captain Ron was awesome and made trip worth it but booking through Viator was less than amusing. When booking we paid the extra money for private tour so paid for 6 ppl like it said even though we only had 5 going and when we arrived discovered that was not the case otherwise would of given 5 stars…

Scott was our guide and he was great! Even though we went in the rain, it was so much fun. We seen a couple baby gators and their mama. If you've never been on an airboat or even if you have, this tour is a great one to go on!
