Fun and exciting boat ride through the swamp, alligators, wild boar, and snakes were all part of this tour. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Don't be fooled by the look of the boat, they can get speed, adding some additional adrenaline and fun

The tour guide was phenomenal! He was entertaining and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about New Orleans and its conservation efforts. Chris the wild boar was pretty cool. Due to the weather, we didnt get a chance to see any alligators in their habitat but it was great just the same.

We enjoyed the information from the bus driver and enjoyed our swamp tour with Steven. He was knowledgeable and very entertaining! We did see an alligator, turtle, heron, raccoons and some Red cardinals. Being from the northwest, that was the first time seeing the cardinals! We enjoyed learning about the Cyprus trees and the brackish water. Seeing the Cajun community was also very interesting. I recommend this tour!

On january 13 I had to do a tour of the swamps in New Orleans. I put my information on the page and received via text message the confirmation of the tour, the time and place where they would pick us up. We stayed for an hour and nobody showed up. I called Viator on the phone and they never answered the phone, I called Cajun which was the company that was supposed to do the tour and neither. An unfortunate experience, I hope he did not charge me for the tour as I do not see a way to connect with Viator. Choose another company.
