  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 2 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
  • Guests with weights of 260 lbs (118 kg) or more will be charged an additional fee of $219
  • Minimum age is 8 years and minimum height is 57 inches tall. It is at the pilots discretion who is deemed safe to fly
  • MUST provide on the road phone number at time of booking. Failure to provide this information will result in cancellation
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems

The experience is absolutely worth it ! Didn’t want to leave the sky , so peaceful . I do wish they offered pictures still , I think it’s totally possible beforehand to get some shots and maintain the social distance, also to have one up in the air would of been amazing ,damn covid.

I don’t think there is enough room to truly express how great of an experience we had. It was a clear day, so watching the sun rise over the mountain was nothing short of magical. Bob was our pilot for the ride and he was very cheerful, informative, and passionate. I went yesterday, and I am already making plans to come back with my family. Tip: if you are going in fall or winter, just be sure to bring a warm jacket, some gloves, and a scarf. You will want to get out of the van to watch the balloons blow up and it is cold.

We get picked up on time and the drive to the hot air balloons was smooth and pleasant! We got to watch them blow up the balloons which was awesome and our ride was really smooth And lasted quite a long while! The views were amazing!!!

They should not take your money prior to the event just in case they cancel. Called the night before it was a go. 5 minutes prior to being picked up they canceled. so disappointing. They said it was due to the fires
