Where do I even begin?!?!?!?! I’m so happy that I booked this boat trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone else who is thinking about it! Amazing reviews and Captain Corey and Danny were so funny and interactive and that made the boat ride even better. It felt like the time went by so fast because of all the fun my friends and I had. 10/10 experience would book again.

This is the best tour boat I’ve went on. The hospitality was fabulous and great customer service. We really enjoyed the water slide, trampoline, kayaking, swimming and the paddle boards. The music was on point, we partied. I will refer this tour to my clients and I will take this tour again in Miami. You Rock

When we arrived there was no one sign nor direction of where to go. We literally asked around and no one was able to help. We went down to where the boats were and had no luck. I called the number listed and they said they would call me back. Finally some one appeared and told us the trip was canceled and we could join the next departure 2:30. Our initial trip was scheduled for 11:00. We decided to stay for the 2:30 since we had already booked and were hoping it would be great! The staff was amazing but the boat kept stopping which made the experience yet stressful. Overall it was not what I expected.

Thank you very much for your input, we are always looking for ways to improve. The terms and conditions state we have a minimum number of guests required. The email confirmation we send says to verify 2 hours before departure. Once we were able to make contact, we offered a refund or reschedule. Thankfully you agreed to reschedule and we refunded half of the balance paid. We thank you very much for your patience.

It was our fault to be on the water when it was kind of chilly. But it provided the basics boat ride, mini tour, lounge matt, trampoline, and kayake. Was not able to go to island and relax and swim. It is shut down because of covid. that should have been told before booking. so we docked in middle of water the wind from ocean made for cold ride so no one really wanted to swim. the floating mat had repairs from the rips in it. But you can still get on just be careful where you place your foot. the snacks they have you pay for so bring your own or buy some chips. the captains where very nice and very knowledgeable. we had fun, you def get what you pay for and maybe not go again in march. lol
