I had an absolute wonderful time! First I paid for this excursion twice and the company let me know that one would be refunded. Secondly, we are from the Midwest and thought an hour early would be enough time. Sadly it was not but this company agreed to let all 12 of us take the next cruise out. How awesome is that?!?! I will continue to come every year. A special shout out to Oscar! He was awesome 😎
